You understand and agree that your use of the Services is conditional upon your waiving the right to sue Longkustudio or its affiliates directly, or to participate in litigation for loss of money or anything of value in illegal gambling games or illegal gambling games. The term "Content" includes all data, images, texts, graphics, music, sounds, sound sequences, videos, software programs and codes, as well as all information provided by Longkustudio. The term "Content" includes in particular all Services available for download.

Term and Termination

The Company may cancel your presence on the Services if it is required to do so by law or court order, if the Company becomes aware or has reason to believe that you have violated any of the terms of this Agreement or if there are any other reasons for reasonably refusing to accept you as a user. You may also terminate this Agreement by requesting us to delete your account on the Services, which request shall be processed immediately upon acceptance. Any provisions related to indemnification, limitation of liability and disclaimers of any type shall survive termination of this Agreement.

Any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond the reasonable control of Longkustudio, including, but not limited to, due to unforeseeable circumstances or causes beyond the control of Longkustudio (such as acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes), acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, epidemics, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials.
